Free frostys this weekend(5/13 – 5/15 at all Wendys.
NEW YORK (CNN/Money) – Wendy’s restaurants are giving away free Frostys frozen desserts this weekend as a thank you to customers who supported the burger chain following an embarrassing incident in California where a women allegedly planted a severed finger in a bowl of chili.
Channel 12 News just had segment on the “Chili Finger Lady” and concluded that the case is solved. They identified the finger as belonging to someone who lost it weeks earlier in an industrial accident. They ended the segment showing a poster for Wendy’s Free Frosty Weekend. Too bad they’re only “junior” Frosties. But then again it’s that much less Frosty you have to swirl through to check for “lumps” before you dig in. ;)
