Remembering how to use my camera …. and photoshop

For the first time since really about January I took some pictures today with my 20D. Along with my wife and son we took a train to downtown Chicago today and I brought the camera with. Unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of time to spend before we had to catch a train back, but we did make our way down to Millennium Park and I took some pictures of the infamous ‘bean‘. Now I just have to remember how to post process my shots as I’ve completely forgotten my workflow.

PhotoKenosha representing in a podcast tonight

There is a new local art gallery that also does a podcast. I’ve been listening to them for a few weeks now and decided to go to the gallery and meet them. After talking with the gallery owner, he invited me to be a guest for the recording of their next podcast to talk about our photography club. They happen to be recording tonight. I wasn’t able to go, but I got our group PR person to go. He’s there right now as a matter of fact(well, at the time I’m writing this). Can’t wait to hear it.

No Jason, I don’t have a goat….

This past weekend me and my son went to Jerry Smiths, which is a local produce place. They’re located out in the county and they have a little area with all those animals that you can feed. They also put on a pretty impressive display during haloween. Which they prepping for while we were out there.
