If you’ve used iTunes to purchase some music, but don’t like using iTunes to listen to them, there is a plugin available for Winamp that allows playing the .m4p files.
Of course though, the first thing I do after downloading an album is burn an audio CD then rip into mp3. But at least I know I can listen to in Winamp if I choose.
