Should I buy an LCD Montior?

Dell currently has the LCD monitors on sale for 20% off and I have a 10% off coupon code. I’m looking at their 18″ Ultrasharp monitor. Delivered to my door with all the savings the price is $401.

Can anyone comment on the quality of the Dell LCD’s?
