Teenagers who toilet-papered and damaged a home now face felony vandalism charges because of a mother’s extraordinary sleuthing.
Editors note: I really enjoyed the story, because now as an adultish type individual with children of my own, I feel the same way she does. But, it also reminded mef the one time I ever took part of a TPing event. I remember it vividly! At 7:30 p.m. Feb. 17, someone bought 144 rolls of toilet paper
As for my experience, there was about 6 of us invloved and three of us were caught as the get-away driver didn’t wait for everyone to get back to the car before he took off. We spent hours cleaning TP out of very tall tree’s.
