It’s been awhile since I’ve talked about my favorite cooking show, but this morning, following this recipe I made green eggs and ham along with ital-tots. I couldn’t believe how good everything was. While the kids weren’t super thrilled with it, my wife and I gobbled it all up.
Then for super bowl tonight I’m whipping up a pot of chili mac. I’m not the biggest chili fan, but this looked good on the show, so I’m going to give it a try.
In other cooking show news, I watched Emeril for the first time ever last night. I’m not sure what was more annoying, him, or his audience. They would start cheering and applauding at the weirdest times. For example, every time Emeril said the word garlic, the crowd would go nuts. It was goofy. But there is one recipe from that show I want to try, Ultimate Cheesy Crab and Corn Nachos
