We had our first decent snow fall of the year last night. So this morning I went out to start the clean up process. It wasn’t really enough to warrant snow blower usage but I was going to use it to at least clean the front of our driveway where the plows fill it in. That stuff is always really heavy. I got the snow blower fired up and headed out to the front, but as soon as it touches snow, the engine starts getting really weird and barely runs, even dieing sometimes. This started happening last year, but I was usually able to get most of the work done before it started acting up. Not today, I couldn’t use it all.
This doesn’t make me too happy as we have the real snow storm coming our way tonight, and we don’t have the budget for a new snow blower. Looks like I’ll be getting my exercise this winter. I don’t mind shoveling, it’s just the plow stuff that can really wear me out. Ughh.
