Looking for some advice.
I have a client who creates a newsletter in MS word. It then gets sent via email to all the members. The newsletter is three pages long and contains quite a bit of clip art and formatting. The file size of the completed newsletter in MS Word is about 1.6megs.
We’re trying to get it down under a meg without giving up any of formatting.
My thought was to create a pdf out of it, but that ended up creating a 11meg file. Yes, you read that right, 11 megabytes. The program I have for printing to pdf is called win2pdf.
Now I know there should be a way to get a small pdf file as I have an extremely graphic filled 30 page pdf that is only 3 megs.
Anyone have any advice for me?
