This race is my second favorite of the season, with my first being the night race in Bristol later this year.
I heard they upped the seating capacity to 160,000 seats, which makes it the third largest venue on the circuit, but one of the smallest tracks at a half mile around. We had tickets to last years night race, but ended up selling them when we found out my wife was pregnant and wouldn’t be able to attend anyways.
I will make it there someday. But this weekend I’ll just have to join the millions of other fans and watch the broadcast on FOX companioned with Pit Command on my laptop.
