If your into coding your own stuff with PHP, you may want to head over the php|architect website. They produce and sell an online magazine devoted to the php culture. However they are giving away the January copy for free. They do require you to create an account on their website in order to download though.
I just finished skimming the issue over and think it will be a good read.
